For a number of years now, Sandymount Hotel has been using the services of Patrick Flanagan to train our kitchen staff at all levels.  Patrick has a deep understanding of food quality and presentation, work practices, and standards of compliance.  He has a clear and professional approach in the communication of these.  Through him we have improved our structures and processes in the kitchen, leading to greater efficiency.  In addition, the quality of output has improved leading to greater customer satisfaction.  I would strongly recommend his services.

John Loughran - Owner/Director Sandymount Hotel

Pat Flanagan has been invaluable in setting up our business…. His expertise gave us the confidence to take on bigger catering projects by using him to develop professional systems in every aspect of the operation, product development and training. He is extremely hands on and his approach and his passion for this industry is inspiring and confidence building. We went from providing catering at house parties for fifty people to banquets and canapé receptions of 500+ people due to his organisation and skills on one off events.

I would not hesitate in recommending Patrick and know for a fact we wouldn’t have our business today without him.
